Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed!  If you're not completely satisfied with anything you buy from me, just send it back immediately for a full refund.  No returns or exchanges after 5 days (items must be returned in original condition).

You want it to be as easy as possible for you to order from me, and so do I.  Instead of taking your credit card info over the internet (many people worry about security) you can give me your credit card info directly by telephone (toll free: 877-591-2645).

You can also send personal checks and money orders.  Please don't send cash - I may never see it.

For my security, I check out personal information and billing address for credit cards, and I ship after checks or money orders have cleared.

High value items are shipped via United States Post Office Express Mail with insurance unless another form of shipping is requested.  Most items will have a charge of at least $20 for shipping and handling, by weight.  Other forms of shipping are available.  Priority Mail, under $300, insured, is $10. If you would like, small items can be sent in a puff-pack padded envelope for only $6, but it would have to be at your risk, since it can't be insured.

International Shipping
International orders will be shipped by Global Express Mail.  Rates start at $25 and up, depending on country, distance, and weight.

Disclosure - All gems should be considered to be treated unless otherwise specified.  Virtually all Sapphires have been heated.  Virtually all Emeralds have been oiled.  Virtually all Blue Topazes have been irradiated and heated.  Tashmarines are not treated.

Sales or Use Tax
If you are ordering from out of state it isn't necessary for me to collect the Florida Sales Tax.  But BE AWARE that most states have a USE TAX.  In those cases, YOU are under the obligation to report your purchase and pay your state's tax to your state voluntarily.
If you are ordering from anywhere in the state of Florida, I must collect Florida Sales tax (presently 6%).
